Berlin - 27.09.24. Solaris, Europe's leading embedded finance platform is undertaking a strategic transformation, including the implementation of a new target operating model.
The strategic move will see Solaris roll out a structure that will increase its agility and foster closer integration across functions. Part of this process will also deliver a more streamlined approach to the management structure.
Unfortunately this reshape will mean cutting back on corresponding roles, resulting in redundancies across the team.
This transformation marks a pivotal moment in the Solaris journey. While it’s with heartfelt sadness that we are letting some Solarians go, I firmly believe it is necessary to ensure the future success of Solaris.
